If you are the copyright holder, someone authorized to act on their behalf, or someone with rights under copyright law, please report any suspected copyright violations occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice detailed below, we will take appropriate action as we see fit, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed upon, or if multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of the works in question.
• 2. Indicate the specific material or link believed to be infringing, including, if applicable, the URL of the link on the Site or the precise location of such material.

• 4. Incorporate both of the following affirmations in the body of the Notice:

• 5. Sign with your full legal name, providing either an electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal consequences.

If you believe that the content we removed (or disabled access to) is not infringing, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to use the content, you can submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its previous location;
• 3. A declaration that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a confirmation that you will accept service from the party who notified us of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy of it to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease its restriction in 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the content provider or user, the content may be restored, or access may be re-enabled in 10 to 14 business days or more, at our sole discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and related laws, we have implemented a policy for terminating users considered to be repeat infringers, where appropriate, and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of users who violate others' intellectual property rights, regardless of whether there have been repeat violations.
